The Fundraising period will be between March 29th – April 23rd, 2021. All prices listed are tax inclusive. Bayside Middle School will receive a portion of all proceeds earned by the fundraising event. Orders can be placed by submitting this form to Bayside Middle School PAC or Total Prepare. If you would prefer to pay for your order via cheque or cash, please include the exact amount with your form when you submit it. If you would prefer to pay via credit card or etransfer please contact Cort with Total Prepare at 1 888 832 1733 or cort@totalprepare.ca. Orders will be shipped to the school for distribution after the fundraising period expires. Each order will be boxed and labelled for easy distribution. Your group organizer will be in touch with details for pick up. If you have questions about our products, need direction on how to prepare, or are unsure about something, please feel free to call us at 1-888-832-1733 and we will be happy to help.

Orders and Payment can do directly to Total Prepare if you like and Bayside will get a portion of the proceeds.
