The next Budget Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting has been rescheduled to Monday, February 27th from 3-5pm at the SD63 School Board office.
The Public Consultation Night has been rescheduled to go along with the Public Budget Meeting on Tuesday, February 28th at Bayside School from 7-9pm.
"I would highly encourage parents to attend this meeting. It is very important that parents understand what budgetary pressures we are facing this year. Our Board is in a very difficult position and may be forced to further reduce services to address unfunded cost pressures. Ironically, this is at a time when the public has the perception that the educational system has been given an infusion of resources and is flush with cash. It is not quite so.
