Hon. Minister Mike Bernier was at Bayside today to make a spectacular announcement that the Province of BC has approved $6.1 Million to partner with the School District's $1 Million to get Bayside's roof COMPLETELY fixed by 2017! So very exciting for everyone who studies at, teaches at, works at and visits Bayside to have the promise of a completely refurbished facility by fall of 2017! Roof, ceilings, walls, sky lights!
News coverage today will share the full announcement with details but we are happy to hear that everything to do with the roof will be fixed starting with the gym and North Pod this summer and the rest of the pods next year!
