Info for Students…
- Track and Field: Track
and field participants, please listen up. Long jump and triple jump are now
finished. The 200m & 800m will be
run this Friday morning. Anyone wishing to participate must bring a signed
permission form to the practice. If you are planning to run this Friday am, or
the 400m after school on Monday, or
the shot-put next Tuesday morning,
get a permission form from Mr. Kovacs today.
- Basketball Skills Sessions:
Grade 6 BOYS practice today at 2:45-4:00pm.
- Found: Found
Fitbit last week. Come to the office if you are missing a Fitbit to identify
the item.
- Plant-Stravaganza
Plan International Fundraiser: Bayside
has now raised over $700 in donations.
We now have enough to Sponsor Elmer this year. Way to go Bayside! Hopefully,
we can raise enough money to sponsor another child. We just need a few hundred
dollars more. Keep bringing in donations to your Homeroom teacher. Every
penny counts! You can donate online too! We now have complimentary fresh
herbs and plants for all donations. Students will be coming around to
your class tomorrow to collect final donations and give out the rest of the
plants and herbs. Our School
Goal is $2000 so we can sponsor more children. Go Sharks!
- Bayside Clothing:
Bayside clothing is now available! The PAC is offering the option to purchase a
Pullover Hoody or a Full Zip Hoody in Grey or Black. Order
Forms are on the website, please print and return to your homeroom teacher. Orders due
Friday, May 21.

Maple Syrup Fundraiser: Support
our SWEET fundraiser! All profits
will help us offer fun, French learning opportunities for our students in
Saanich. Treat your loved ones, or yourself, to our special maple syrup!
Stock up on our authentic, produced maple syrup - direct from Quebec - to
enhance your yummy breakfast, lunch or dinner treats! Order forms are on the
website, drop off orders with payment to the office before May 14th.

Masks Protocol: Masks are required
to be worn while in school except when eating or drinking. Bayside Sharks THANK YOU for wearing your
mask and keeping us all healthy. Students if you don’t have a mask please call home
in homeroom.
