Info for Students…

• Next Week Announcers: Next week’s announcers will be Owen and Levi from 8-6.
  
  
• Track and Field: Attention Track and Field Athletes Come to the Field on Monday after school to run the 400m race from 2:45-3:30pm.  It’s not too late to join, see Mr. Kovacs today for a permission form.  There will be a Bayside champion in Grades 6, 7 and 8 for both boys and girls.
  
  
• Found Fitbit: Come to the office if you are missing a Fitbit to identify the item.
  
  
• Plant-Stravaganza Plan International Fundraiser: Bayside has now raised over $800 in donations. We now have enough to Sponsor Elmer this year. Way to go Bayside! Hopefully, we can raise enough money to sponsor another child. We just need a couple hundred dollars more. Students will be coming around to your class in block 1 or 4 today with complimentary fresh herbs and to collect your final donations. Our School Goal is $2000 so we can sponsor more children. You can still donate online this weekend! We will announce our final total on Monday morning. Go Sharks! 
  
  
• Bayside Clothing: Bayside clothing is now available! The PAC is offering the option to purchase a Pullover Hoody or a Full Zip Hoody in Grey or Black. Order Forms are on the website, please print and return to your homeroom teacher. Orders due Friday, May 21.
  
  
• CPF Maple Syrup Fundraiser: Support our SWEET fundraiser! All profits will help us offer fun, French learning opportunities for our students in Saanich. Treat your loved ones, or yourself, to our special maple syrup!  Stock up on our authentic, produced maple syrup - direct from Quebec - to enhance your yummy breakfast, lunch or dinner treats! Order forms are on the website, drop off orders with payment to the office before May 14th.
