NEW Bayside Middle School clothing is now being offered for sale!
Samples of the clothing and other items will be displayed in the case in the Gallery and volunteers will be available at lunch all of this week for information and sizing. We strongly encourage students to check sizing before an order is placed.
ONCE A CLOTHING ITEM IS ORDERED, IT CANNOT BE RETURNED,
SO PLEASE CHECK SIZING CAREFULLY.
If you need to try on sizes, please see Bayside PAC Volunteers or Bayside’s Student Union reps in the Gallery at lunch, March 7th-11th.
Bayside school clothing also makes an excellent gift. If you wish to keep your clothing order a surprise, please indicate this in the area provided on the order form, and we will phone or email you when the clothing arrives. Clothing gifts will then be available for pick up from the office.

To order any of the new Bayside clothing items please complete the form attached in full, making sure to fill in all the blanks at the top and bottom portion of the price sheet. Return it to the PAC box in the school office no later than Friday, March 11th as the school will be closed for Spring Break.
Cheques should be made payable to Bayside PAC and attached to this form.

ALL FUNDS RAISED FROM THE SALE OF THESE CLOTHING ITEMS WILL DIRECTLY SUPPORT BAYSIDE STUDENTS THROUGH THE PAC, AS WELL A PORTION FROM EACH ITEM SOLD GOES TO THE BAYSIDE STUDENTS' UNION.
