Info for Students…
- Face
Masks Protocol: Masks are required to be worn while in school
except when eating or drinking. Bayside
Sharks THANK YOU for wearing your mask and keeping us all healthy. Students if you don’t have a mask please call home in homeroom.
- Gender
Sexuality Alliance Club: Mrs. K and Mrs. Tuck will be facilitating a
Gender Sexuality Alliance club for students during first and second Lunch
Recess on Wednesdays in the LC. GSAs are school clubs in which students
can talk and learn about gender identity, sexual orientation, and some of the
issues that surround them. All students are welcome.
- Basketball Skills Sessions: Practice starts this
week 2:45-4 pm. Grade 8’s practise today,
grade 6 boys practise Thursday and Grade 7s practise Monday. Grade 6 girls
will practise next Thursday. Due to high numbers the grade 6’s will be
split into 2 groups alternating weeks.
- Grade 6 boys will practice Thursday Apr 8, 22 and May 6 @ 2:45-4pm
- Grade 6 girls will practice
Thursday Apr 15, 29 and May 13 @ 2:45-4pm
- Cross Country Running Club: All students who are
interested in joining a Spring cross country running club, please meet at the outside
classroom Friday at 12:30pm.
- Yearbooks: It’s that time of
year, yearbooks are now on sale. Don’t wait to reserve your copy of Bayside’s
2020/2021 Yearbook! Make this year’s memories last a lifetime. Early Bird
Pricing is only $18 if you order before April 15th, then $20 after. Order forms
need to be filled out and handed-in with payment to your homeroom teacher.
