Info for Students…
The WE ARE SILENT event is happening on Thursday, April 26th. Take on the challenge of going silent for a day to show how we can all work together for kids who can’t speak up for their rights. Plus, it’s fun to try and communicate in silence for a day. Bring in your $5.00 to help support this great cause. Each student who participates will also get their name in a draw for a gift card to Mayfair Mall. There will be one winner per pod.
Have you ordered your Bayside Yearbook yet? Deadine to order is April 30th. Check the office window to see if your name is on the list for having pre-ordered. The cost is $35. Don’t miss out, as quantities are limited.

Attention all Gr. 6 students who were in Art last term – Please pick up your clay tile faces from the Art Room this week after school.
Field Hockey – All players please come to an important meeting at recess in E117 regarding uniforms.
Track & Field – All students interested in participating in Track & Field this year, please attend a meeting on Monday at lunch in E114. If you want to throw discus or shotput on the Track & Field team, come to the equipment room at lunch on Monday. Runners: Practice will start Tuesday after school. See Mr. Papich with any questions.

Band Announcements – Instrumental masterclass sectionals during Reading Block TODAY are for the Gr. 6 Percussion (Mallets & Snare Drum). Students need to bring their instrument, band book/music and a pencil.
