Info for Students…

  • With the WE ARE SILENT event only 1 day away, you still have time to get signed up. Bring in your $5.00 and give it to your homeroom teacher. Remember, each student who participates will get a small treat and the class with the highest participation will get a plate of homemade cookies from the Youth In Action Team. Let's see how quiet we can make Bayside this Thursday, AND...May the 4th be with you as you go silent so others may be heard!

  • Bayside Clothing is once again available! Volunteers will be in the Gallery all week with samples and sizes. Order forms are in the office or on the PAC website. Deadline to order – Friday, May 5th. Drop your completed order in the box in the office.

  • Student vote starts tomorrow. Make sure you have your ID so you can be ready to vote.

  • Hola Bayside! This Friday is our last social afternoon for this year! Our theme is Cinco de Mayo so show your school spirit by wearing red, white and green for this Mexican national holiday. Wrist bands will be sold Friday morning in the Shark Shop and the Gallery at recess and lunch. Cost is $4 or $3 with a can of food. Special treats will be for sale in the Shark Shop.

  • Pizza Lunch is tomorrow during lunchtime. Pepperoni, Cheese, Hawaiian and Gluten-free available. $3 per slice or 2 for $5. Don't miss out!

  • Track & Field – Running practice is TODAY after school.

  • Badminton – Any students interested in playing some badminton, come to the gym after school on Friday. The badminton club is open to all students at all skill levels. We will play 2:45 to 4pm. See you Friday!

  • Girls Rugby – The following rookie girls rugby players, meet Mr. Cook at recess for uniforms: Abby, Brooke, Halle A, Riley W, Bethany R

  • Senior Boys Rugby – No practice today.

  • Extreme Team – There will be a meeting TODAY during Bl. 3 in S115 TODAY for all Extreme Team members helping with set up and take down of the dance this Friday.

  • Charleston” performers – The DVD's are in! If you ordered one, please bring your $20 to Mrs. Benetti and pick up your copy.

  • From the Learning Commons – Ms. Lindsay is away today. Mrs. Sjerven will be in the LC TODAY.

  • Lunch Clubs – Creativity Club in W116.

  • Band Announcements – Instrumental masterclass sectionals during Reading Block TODAY are for the Gr. 8 Combined. Students need to bring their instrument, band book/music and a pencil.
