With the WE ARE SILENT event only 2 days away, it's time to bring in your $5.00 to get signed up. Remember, each student who participates will get a small treat and the class with the highest participation will get a plate of homemade cookies from the Youth In Action Team. Let's see how quiet we can make Bayside this Thursday, AND...May the 4th be with you as you go silent so others may be heard!
Bayside Clothing is once again available! Volunteers will be in the Gallery all week with samples and sizes. Order forms are in the office or on the PAC website. Deadline to order – Friday, May 5th. Drop your completed order in the box in the office.
Student vote is coming this Thursday and Friday. Who will you vote for? Greens? Liberals? NDP? Independant?
Hola Bayside! This Friday is our last social afternoon for this year! Our theme is Cinco de Mayo so show your school spirit by wearing red, white and green for this Mexican national holiday. Wrist bands will be sold Friday morning in the Shark Shop and the Gallery at recess and lunch. Cost is $4 or $3 with a can of food. Special treats will be for sale in the Shark Shop.
Track & Field – Long Jump and Triple Jump practice will be TODAY at lunch. Running practice is tomorrow after school.

“Charleston” performers – The DVD's are in! If you ordered one, please bring your $20 to Mrs. Benetti and pick up your copy.

Band Announcements – Instrumental masterclass sectionals during Reading Block TODAY are for the Gr. 7 Combined. Students need to bring their instrument, band book/music and a pencil.
