Pizza lunch is TODAY at lunch in the MPR. Pepperoni, Cheese, Hawaiian and Gluten-free available. $3 per slice or 2 for $5. Don't miss out!
Fields and wooded/forest areas are closed today, blacktop areas are open but be careful outside during recess and lunch. Please stay out of the mud to respect our clean building.
Multi-Purpose room stage is closed at lunchtime. Please use the tables in the MPR.
PAC Hot Lunch – Coming Feb 2nd. $10 per plate. Chinese food in celebration of Chinese New Year! You can only pre-order so get your order for in now before it's too late! Deadline to order is Jan. 27th. Forms are on the PAC website or in the school office.
Gr. 6 & 7 Boys Volleyball – Reminder of practice will start at 7:15am sharp tomorrow morning.
The Youth in Action team and the Learning Commons are holding 2 contests to celebrate Family Literacy Day and to support the 1000x5 project! You can help by donating gently used children's books which will be donated to the project here on Saanich Peninsula. The class with the most books donated will win a plate full of cookies made by the Youth in Action team. Bring in your books now until Jan. 26th.
From the Learning Commons – just before Christmas, Ms. Lindsay held a meeting for students to hear about the history fair (also know as heritage fair) that will be held in May at the Royal BC Museum. If you attended that meeting, and definitely want to participate, or if you didn't get a chance to go then and want to hear about it now, please come to the meeting Thursday at 12:25. Band Announcements – Instrumental masterclass sectionals during Reading Block TODAY are for the Gr. 6 Percussion. Students need to bring their instrument, band book/music and a pencil.
