The Youth in Action team and the Learning Commons are holding 2 contests to celebrate Family Literacy Day and to support the 1000x5 project! You can help by donating gently used children's books which will be donated to the project here on Saanich Peninsula. The class with the most books donated will win a plate full of cookies made by the Youth in Action team. Bring in your books now until Jan. 26th.
From the Learning Commons – The LC is having a BINGO contest! Just pick up an entry form at the LC – all the info you need is on it. One lucky winner will receive a gift card from Tanner's Books in Sidney. Deadline for getting your entry in is Jan. 26th.
Just a reminder, PLEASE no food or drinks in the LC before school, or at recess and lunch.
