Two packages of Whistler paperwork came home this week. One package has all of the necessary information regarding our trip, activities, cost, fundraising, chaperones, etc. That is yours to keep. The other package is full of forms to fill out, a student profile/medical information sheet, permission form, and To-Do list (including payment and chaperone application). Please return this package with the first payment of $250 payable to SD63 (your child's name in the memo line) by November 1st to secure the position. We need this information no later than that date to secure our bus/hotel and provide a deposit to our travel agent.
