Whistler Band trip meeting this coming Tuesday April 12th.
Chaperones at 6:30
Parents (no students please) at 7pm in the Band Room
We will be done no later than 8pm
We will discuss the itinerary, provide our contact information, introduce the chaperones and their student groups and responsibilities, go over the expectations/consequences, take the final payment from some families whom have not yet provided a cheque ($50 payable to SD63), and discuss any questions that may arise.
Hope to see you all next week. If you are unable to attend, please send me an email and I will send an electronic copy of the paperwork and meeting notes.
