28th Read pages 47-52 Make notes on early man: dates/ appearance / tools / discoveries / "firsts". Be ready to play Jeopardy on Monday.
Should be done Jump Math up to page 38 for Monday. We will be testing pages 22-36 on Tuesday.
Language Arts:
Bike paragraphs with 9 "who/which" clauses and 1 "because" clause should be done for Thursday. Underline the words: who, which or because. Start each sentence with a capital letter. These should be handed in to the IN box.
Organic Gardening: We are hoping to start yet another garden bed. We are in need of newspaper, cardboard, grass, leaves, coffee grounds, soil, manure, compost, peat moss.
If you have large quantities of any of that, it can be dropped off by the garden beds around the side of the school; there are tarps avavilable.
Smaller quantities can be sent to the school anytime.
We need 30 - 40 cubic feet of each.
