Physical Education Grade 7
All students are expected to have proper PE strip. This includes proper footwear (running shoes), sweat pants or shorts, and a change of shirt. In addition, students should be ready to dress for the weather. This may include a jacket or sweatshirt for going outside, hat and gloves for cold weather and a change of socks if it is wet. On occasion, students may wish to bring their own sports equipment; for example, a hockey stick or soccer cleats. This is usually acceptable and often encouraged.
