Info for Students… 

• Late Students: Students if you are late or need to leave early please call 211 from your classroom to sign in or out.
  
  
• Masks: Masks are still required at school in indoor spaces till after Spring Break.
  
  
• Field Hockey: Players our first practice will be TODAY after school 2:45 - 3:45 in the gym.  See Ms. Alford if you have any questions.
  
  
• Bake Sale: The bake sale last week raised $572 for the Ukrainian Red cross. Way to go Bayside! Let’s see if we can raise even more this week. We will have another bake sale this Friday.
  
  
• Volleyball Championship Game: Congratulations to both the Girls Grade 8 team and the boys Grade 7/8 team for an excellent display of volleyball last Friday.  The girls team won the match 3 sets to 1 and will take on the Staff All-Stars this Friday at lunch.  The staff all stars have not lost to a student team since the famous upset of 1997 when Mr. Kovacs was the star player for the teachers.  Since that game, the teachers have not lost once.
  
  
• Gr. 8 Boys Rugby: Attention all grade 8 boys who are interested in playing Rugby this year, we will be having our first practice this Wednesday after school. We will start at 2:45 and will practice until 4. Please bring cleats and a mouth guard if you have them. All our welcome, even if you missed last weeks meeting. No experience required, see you there!
  
  
• Gr. 7/8 Boys Volleyball: Grade 7/8 Boys volleyball team please return your jerseys to Mr. Papich in E114 this week.
  
  
• Gr. 7 Girls Comp Volleyball: Grade 7 Girls Competitive Volleyball team please return your jerseys to Ms. Tuck as soon as possible. 
  
  
• Lost and Found: Students please check the lost and found tables in the hallway for any of your personal belongings.  Let's keep the table tidy for others to look at.
  
  
• Yearbooks: Bayside Yearbook now on sale for $20.00! Yearbooks can be purchased through student fees on the Bayside website.   The book is such a great way to remember the year but must be purchased through your online account by Spring Break, March 18!

• PAC Meeting: The next Bayside PAC meeting is scheduled on Apr 4 at 7 pm.
