31-derful Random Acts of Kindness

1. Hold the door open for someone

2. Do a chore for someone without them knowing

3. Tell a (clean) joke

4. Return someone’s cart for them at the store

5. Feed the birds

6. Pick up litter

7. Let someone go ahead of you in line

8. Compliment a friend

9. Plant something

10. Set the table for supper

11. Donate your outgrown clothing

12. Talk to someone new at school

13. Write positive chalk messages on the sidewalk

14. Donate food to the food bank

15. Gather socks and supplies and donate to a homeless shelter

16. Call/text a friend you haven’t seen for awhile to say “Hello”

17. Read a book to someone else

18. Say “Hello”/”Bonjour”/” ÍY SȻÁĆEL” to everyone you pass

19. Thank your custodian

20. Invite someone new to hang out at recess

21. Tell the principal how great your teacher is

22. Turn off the water while brushing your teeth

23. Help plan meals/shop for supper ingredients

24. Make your school lunch – and bring a snack for a friend

25. Make a get well card for someone

26. Clean up your room without being asked

27. Teach someone something new

28. Write a poem for a friend

29. Make a thank your card for your librarian

30. Smile at everybody you pass (your eyes will show it)

31. Say positive things to yourself – you are worth it!
