Well done to the Girls grade 8 volleyball team for winning all 5 sets yesterday versus their rivals from Royal Oak! Thank you to Quinton and Nolan for doing the scorekeeping.
Great effort from the Girls grade 7 volleyball team against a tough Royal Oak team yesterday. The girls showed a lot of improvement in their serves and showed a high level of sportsmanship. Well Done! Reminder there is no practice tomorrow after school due to gym conflicts.
Olympic Spirit Day: Friday February 4th, we are going to show our Olympic spirit and wear our Canada gear or Red/white as it is the opening day of the Beijing Olympics and we have a former Bayside student, Micah Hart, who will be competing in women’s hockey.
Student Council: This is a HUGE shout out to all students who submitted a pink shirt day image to the Student Council. AMAZING and THOUGHTFUL! Thank you. The next step: all images will go to a committee. This will be a very difficult decision. The artist of the chosen image will be notified on Monday. HÍSW̱KE! Merci! And Thank you!
