Info for Students…

• Grade 6 Girls Basketball: Update - practice after school will be shortened from 2:45 to 3:15 due to the boys basketball game.
  
  
• Grade 6/7 Boys Basketball: There will be no Grade 6/7 boys basketball practice tomorrow or on November 25. Our Tuesday morning practices at 7:15 will continue.
  
  
• Grade 7/8 Basketball: Good luck to the Grade 7/8 girls and boys basketball teams in their final game of the season today.  The girls are playing at Monterey at 5:15pm.  The boys are playing here at Bayside at 3:45pm vs Lansdowne.  Come cheer on the Sharks in the Bayside Gym. 
  
  
• Gender & Sexuality Alliance Club: GSA club meets today at recess in South 108. The gym will be closed at lunch today.
  
  
• Beading Club: Beading club will be on Thursdays at lunch, beginning this week in E109. Everyone welcome. See Ms. Fisher or Ms. Graves for more information.
  
  
• Band 8A & 8B: All students in Band 8A & 8B please come to the band room at the start of block 3 for our field trip to Stelly's. Bring your lunch.
  
  
• Sponsor Child Elmer Soccer Game Fundraiser: 
  • Did you hear about the Staff versus Student Soccer Match on Nov. 26 at lunchtime?
  • Yeah, what’s it for? 
  • It’s to raise money for our Sponsor Child, Elmer. 
  • How do you get to play?
  • You only have to donate $2 each to play. You make your team of 5-7 players and sign up with Mr. Davidson or Mme. Lee. 
  • How else can we donate?
  • You can also bring donations to your homeroom teacher and fill up your donation container. 
  • The class that raises the most money wins Timbits! 
  • Will there be treats on the day of the event?
  • Yes! We will also be selling Candy bags on the day of the event for only $2 per bag.
    
    
• Lifetouch Photo Orders: Teachers, please send down photo orders to the office.
  
  
• Outside Reminders:
  • Top field is open, bottom is closed.
  • East Pod forest is closed
  • Please do not put sticks near the storm drain, that is what is clogging it up and can cause flooding
