Info for Students…
- Bayside Sponsor Child Plant-Stravaganza Fundraiser: Did you know that there is a great organization called Plan International? Donations go to children in need around the world to provide them with fresh water, food, shelter and an education. We are raising money to keep sponsoring our sponsor child Elmer, but also, in hopes of sponsoring more children around the world. If you donate $5 or more you will receive a complimentary plant that we have grown from seed in Ms. Coates’ and Ms. Lee’s classrooms. Bring your cash donations to your Homeroom teacher. Bayside has already raised $145 in online donations. Way to go Sharks! Our School Goal is $2000 by May 7th.
- Slam Poetry: A reminder to all teachers that there is an
all-school Slam Poetry Show on Zoom tomorrow APRIL 29 from 11:25-12:25.
- Gender Sexuality Alliance Club: The GSA club will be meeting today at lunch
recess in the MPR. Everyone is welcome!
- Cross Country: A reminder that there is a cross country run
today after school at 2:45pm . Please meet at the shark, ready to run.
- Basketball Skills Sessions: Grade 8 practice today at 2:45-4:00pm.
Grade 6 boys practice tomorrow. Don’t forget your masks.
