Info for Students…
- Yearbooks: It’s that time of year, yearbooks are now on sale.
Don’t wait to reserve your copy of Bayside’s 2020/2021 Yearbook! Make this
year’s memories last a lifetime.
Early Bird Pricing is only $18 if you order before April 15th, then $20 after. Order forms need to be filled out and handed-in with payment to your homeroom teacher. Don’t miss out! - Gender Sexuality
Alliance Club: Mrs. K and
Mrs. Tuck will be facilitating a Gender Sexuality Alliance club for students
during first and second Lunch Recess on Wednesdays in the LC. GSAs are
school clubs in which students can talk and learn about gender identity, sexual
orientation, and some of the issues that surround them. All students are
welcome.
- Basketball at
Bayside: Attention
Bayside students. Anyone wanting to sign up for Basketball skills
sessions this spring should go to the school website and print off a permission
form and return it to their homeroom teacher by this Thursday. Practices
start next week. All skill levels are welcome. Grade 6s will
practice on Thursdays, Grade 7s on Mondays and Grade 8s on Wednesdays.
- Pizza Day: Pizza Day is for South Pod today. Please wait in your
classroom for someone to invite you when it’s your time. Wednesday is East pod’s
pizza day and Thursday is West pod’s pizza day. $2.50 a slice.
- Face Masks Protocol: Masks are required to be worn
while in school except under the following situations: when at your desk or
workspace, or when eating or drinking. They continue to be mandatory
in all common areas, including hallways, washrooms, computer labs & the
LC. Bayside Sharks THANK YOU for wearing your mask and keeping us all healthy.
Students if you don’t have a mask please call home in homeroom.
