-The Premier is interested in inviting students to submit a design idea for his annual holiday greeting card.
This is the third year the Premier’s Office has used student artwork for the holiday card and they are hoping some students from your school district would be interested in participating.
If this is of interest, please pass along the below message to your schools. I understand this is a busy time of year so please let me know if your district is unable to participate. All entries will need to be received by mail no later than Wednesday, November 18.
Submit a design for the Premier’s Holiday Greeting Card:
Calling all artists…tis’ the season to get creative! The Premier invites Kindergarten to Grade 7 students to submit a design for a festive greeting card that he will send out this holiday season.
Please submit your artwork (e.g. drawing, collage, painting, digital creation) by hard copy to the following address: Premier's Office, PO Box 9041 Stn Prov Govt, Victoria, BC, V8W 9E1. All entries must be received by Wednesday, November 18. One design per student will be accepted.
Submission Criteria:
- Maximum 8.5 x 11 inches (landscape or portrait orientation)
- Single-sided only
- Each hardcopy submission needs to include your name/grade/age/school district on the back. If the submission needs to be returned, please indicate this on the back and include a return address.
-Remembrance Day: Wednesday, November 11th, 2020
-Homework: Practice reciting Podcast script, Social Studies Quiz, Thursday November 13th, Creature Discovery paragraph due Tuesday, November 10th.
-Badminton: Badminton club will be starting November 16 for three weeks, afterschool at 2:45-4:00pm. Wednesdays for Gr. 7s. The permission form is on our website.
