Info for Students…

• Student vote! Advance polls are open today. Bayside School is located in the constituency of  Saanich North and the Islands. We have 3 candidates vying for your vote.  Be ready with your pencil to mark your ballot for your choice. Will it be the Green, Liberal, or  NDP party who wins?
  
  Vote for Stephen Roberts, Zeb King, or Adam Olsen, - It's your vote!  It's your choice!
  
  
• Masks, masks and masks - Bayside Sharks remember your mask!  Leave a mask in your desk! Leave a mask in your backpack! Students when you are at school you MUST remember your mask.
  
  
• Found - Multi colored pink glasses, come to the office to claim.
  
  
• Canadian War Heroes Photos Wanted -  Bonjour Bayside students and staff.  Do you have a loved-one who is or was a Canadian veteran?  We are looking for photos of Canadian war heroes for our remembrance day assembly.  If your aunt, uncle, mother, father, grand-parents or someone close to you has served in the Canadian military, we would love a photo of them for our Remembrance day slideshow.
  
  If you have a picture, could you please share it with Mme Shuh either through email or with a picture before, Friday, November 6th.

 Info for Parents…

• Grade 6 Immunizations: Immunization consent packages for grade 6 students were sent home October 2, 2020. Please complete your student’s consent form indicating your wishes (YES or NO), and return it to the school. Only students with parental consent will be immunized. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss your wishes for your child’s immunizations, please contact the Peninsula Health Unit at 250-544-2400 or visit ImmunizeBC for additional information.
  
  Public Health Nurses will be at your school to immunize students on Wednesday October 28, 2020.
