Families please return the mandatory health check form to the classroom teacher immediately if you have not done so.
Students were given two copies of the health check form on orientation day. One is to be completed immediately and returned to the teacher and the second form is to keep at home to check for symptoms prior to attending school for your reference. If you answer "Yes" to any of the questions your child should NOT attend school and notify the office at bayside@saanichschools.ca.
