Hello Community Partners,
We are pleased to be able to continue to offer online parenting groups. If you have parents who are struggling or know of those who may be interested, please send this along, or feel free to refer them to us.

Parents in the Know 6:30-8 pm approx. 10-12 weeks
A co-facilitated group support/ parent education program for parents of teens (ages 13-21).Tuesday September 22nd, 2020 (Flexible)
Parents Together Ongoing
This program for parents of teens (13-21) provides ongoing group support and parent education. Parents may stay in the group as long as they feel they need support and help in their daily parenting.All the groups cover a variety of topics including:
- Attachment and relationship-based practices
- Communication and 6 critical messages
- Developmental changes in pre-adolescence
- Adolescent brain development
- Boundaries, and turning over responsibility as appropriate
- Self-care – taking back your life
- Adolescent mental health
- Substance use and teens
- Connection and understanding
- Capacity building
- Technology
- Working towards independence
Currently there is no charge to participate in our parenting programs however we are asking for donations. A suggested donation of $35.00 can be made here . We ask that when you make your donation to please indicate in the message section that it is for a parenting program.
We hope to be adding additional programs and workshops as time progresses. We are asking that parents provide us with an email address and a phone number to facilitate the registration process.
