Hello families,
In order to facilitate students accessing our building and following the recommendations of the PHO we have created a sign up genius to have families use it to streamline the process. Students will be able to access the building Tuesday April 7, Wednesday April 8 and Thursday April 9. There are 5 slots every 15 minutes for students to access the building. We ask students to come in and get the materials they require to support their learning from their locker, potentially any PE shoes or strip that is in their gym locker. Band students may need to access the band room to pick up their instruments. Mr McCully has left the wood projects and Sumo robots on a cart outside of the Woodshop. Mrs. Dunabeitia's sewing projects will be available outside the Home Ed room. We are also asking students to take their locks off of their lockers at this time.
The message to your students is that we request that it is Bayside
students only coming in the building picking up their materials and items. Families with more than one student will require only one spot to sign up in. Washrooms
and water fountains will not be available during this time.
