Dear Bayside families,
Update: Our parenting program will now be held on Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm at the Norgaard Centre. Families were responding with a need for evening programming and we have made the change!
We are offering a fantastic program in your area for parents of preteens. It will be on Wednesday’s, 6:30-8:30pm at the Norgaard Boys & Girls Club Centre located in the same parking lot as the Brentwood Bay library. It is a 10 week program that covers topics like: adolescent brain development, dealing with technology in the home, communication, counterwill, boundaries, etc. The cost is $60 per person and $90 per couple (cost includes a manual). We have subsidies available for families in need.
