Oh! La! La! Baguette! Croissant! Bonjour grade 6 and 7 students! If you are enrolled in English and not French Immersion, we are offering our first cultural week in the beautiful province of Quebec. The trip will take place next February 2020 and there is an information meeting tomorrow at recess in Mme Shuh room East 111. Please come to Mme Shuh’s room for an important information meeting. Merci!!

Reminder to Ms. Aitchison's Block 3 PE class that you will be in the LC for PE today. Also, Mr. Macdonald's Block 4 PE class will be in the West Lab for PE today.

Good luck to the Bayside Grade 8 girls volleyball team. They have their first home game and they will be taking on Central and Royal Oak! Start time is 3:45 if you would like to come watch!

Well done to the Grade 6 girls volleyball team for winning three of four sets in their jamboree yesterday at Spencer.

The Grade 7 girls volleyball team worked hard yesterday at Royal Oak and showed good sportsmanship. Well done Sharks.

Instrumental masterclass sectionals during Reading Block TODAY are for Grade 8 Woodwinds. Students need to bring their instrument, band book/music and a pencil.
Info for Parents…
The grade 7 French Immersion students from Bayside Middle School are holding a Photo Scavenger Hunt fundraising event on Family Day February 18, 2019 to help offset the travel costs associated with their trip to Quebec in May 2019.
Entry fee is by donation (suggested donation $5 per person…$20 per family). Prizes will be awarded to the top finishing teams. All registered participants will also be eligible for random draw prize giveaways.
