Tour de Rock - A big thank you to all students and staff that helped raise money last week with the Tour de Rock actions. Remember to keep your donations coming kids. We need $15,000 to get a real tattoo on a teacher. Check out the gallery to see what happens as we hit specific dollar amounts. Remember to bring money on Wednesday so we can sell pieces of tape and stick a teacher to a wall.

There will be an extra Girl’s Club meeting today at Lunch in the conference room. Bring your lunch & pencil boxes for posters.

The Bayside Girl’s Club will be having a Bake Sale at Lunch on Wednesday, Oct 3rd in the conference room in support of Tour de Rock. Bring your change!

Just a reminder the the forested areas are out of bounds at recess and lunch when it is raining. Also, thank-you for not playing with any sticks.

Interested in doing some artwork for the cover of the yearbook? Pick up a form at the office or in S113. Deadline for submissions is Friday, December 14. See Ms. Moore for further information.

The grade 8 boys basketball team practices at 2:45 today and 7:00 on Wednesday.

Grade 6 Girls Basketball Meeting in Mrs. Pires Room S114 at Recess on TUESDAY. Please come if you’re interested in playing. First practice is Thursday morning at 7:30 am.

Girls’ soccer practice is cancelled after school today. Reminder to the 6/7 team of our jamboree at Glanford at 3:45 tomorrow. Please see Ms. Moore today if you can’t play tomorrow. If I don’t hear from you, I will assume you will be there. See you tomorrow!

Any grade 6 or 7 boys wanting to play basketball this year on the school team? Come to an important meeting today at recess in south 114. Again, that’s recess - south 114 for grade 6/7 boys basketball.

Instrumental masterclass sectionals during Reading Block TODAY are for Grade 6 Flutes. Students need to bring their instrument, band book/music and a pencil.
