Gauss Contest – Congratulations to all the Bayside students that wrote the Gauss National Math Contest yesterday. The Gr. 7 champion is Peter C and the Gr. 8 champion is Vlad T. Well done to everyone.
Congratulations to Savannah L, Shawnessy S, and Kassidy Gwho won the Royal BC Museum Aboriginal Award for their W̱SÁNEĆ Heritage Project at the Heritage Inquiry Fair held at the Royal BC Museum last Friday; we are very proud of you!

Boys Rugby – Congratulations to the team on their performances yesterday at the SMUS Jamboree. The boys won five out of their six games, but lost to a talented SMUS team in the final. You did the school proud boys!

Band Announcements – All Band students please come down to the gym with your instrument and music, for our performancy in Block 1. Sit in the seat you had for the O’Canada last night. Cases should be left in your class or the band room. Masterclass sectionals during Reading Block TODAY are for the Gr. 6 Percussion (Mallets & Snare Drum). Students need to bring their instrument, band book/music and a pencil.
