Info for Students…
It’s ‘WE ARE SILENT’ Day starting at 9:30 am. If you are participating, be sure to wear your sticker that you will get in homeroom. Remember that you need to still participate in all activities but can use sign language or paper and pen to communicate your thoughts. Thank you for your support. Have fun!
Pizza Lunch is TODAY at lunch in the MPR. Pepperoni, Cheese, Hawaiian and Gluten-free available. $3 per slice or 2 for $5. Don’t miss out!
Attention Gr. 8 French Immersion students – We need volunteers for the Lecture en cadeau program at Keating Elementary. The sessions will be held in the Keating library on four Wednesdays in May from 3-4 pm. Students are partnered with the same student each week and would spend the time engaged in reading activities. Ask your teacher for more details.
Have you ordered your Bayside Yearbook yet? Deadine to order is Monday. Check the office window to see if your name is on the list for having pre-ordered. The cost is $35 and order slips are available at the office or on our website. Don’t miss out, as quantities are limited.
Come to E107 at recess and lunch tomorrow for the candy guessing fundraiser for Mex-Can Dog Rescue. Guesses cost between $0.75 and $1.50, depending on the jar(s). You can also bring in gently used toys, towels and food bowls for dogs.
Come out and support the Boys Rugby team as they play GNS and SMUS here at Bayside. Kickoff at 3:40 pm.
Girls Field Hockey – Meet at 3:15 pm TODAY at UVIC for your games. Players getting a ride with Ms. Alford meet at the Shark after school.

Band Announcements – Instrumental masterclass sectionals during Reading Block TODAY are for the Gr. 6 Percussion (Mallets & Snare Drum). Students need to bring their instrument, band book/music and a pencil.
