Info for Students…
We have likely all heard of the unfortunate news that happened this past weekend near Humboldt, Saskatchewan. Is is a sad story that has not only affected the small town of Humboldt, but has deeply touched many people across our country. A small, grassroots idea has started in the Fraser Valley of BC where some people are choosing to wear a sports jersey (hockey, football, soccer, etc) on Thursday to show support for the victims and families of this tragedy. If you wish, please feel free to wear a jersey here at Bayside on Thursday as a small way for us to say, “We're thinking of you.”
Are you artistic? Do you like to write poetry in your spare time? If so, I'd love to hear from you! I have set aside a page in the yearbook for student work, and you could be on it! See Ms. Moore in S113 for more details. Bring your sketchbook.
