Our annual Winter Band Concerts are mandatory performances for all students involved in the Bayside Band Program. Students earn marks for their performance and concert etiquette. 

All students should be wearing their band uniform:
Grade 7&8: black pants/skirt with black tights, black shoes, and black collared dress shirt (ties are supplied by the band department)

WINTER CONCERT (Everyone): Wednesday December 13

Warm Up- starts at 6:30pm (please no earlier!). Students may decorate their instrument or wear a holiday hat (no dancing/singing/light-up hats please). 

Concert- is from 7-8:15pm (students should arrive at 6:30 to their warmup room. Grade 6's band room, grade 7's tech ed room, grade 8's art room)

Admission- is by donation

Please note, students will be performing Thursday December 14 block 1 for school. Students need their instrument and be wearing their uniform to school.

Bake Sale- there will be goodies for sale in the Shark Shop before/after the evening concert. These will be treats to enjoy while mingling as well as take-home plates for your holiday entertaining. Thank you for supporting the Grade 8 Band trip to Whistler.

Band parents supplying bake sale goodies, these can be dropped off in the Band room office any time during the school day Weds Dec 13. Please use recyclable containers so we do not need to return them to you. If you participate in the baking or selling at the shark shop, the profits we earn will be allocated equally to those participants only.
