Thank you to all families who have returned their Whistler packages and deposit cheque. Looks like we have nearly every member of our Grade 8 Band going to the festival in April. I will be looking at the chaperone volunteers and selecting those who best meet our needs. Those volunteers, please look for an email in November to confirm.
There will be myself and Mrs MacDonald, two male parent chaperones (for the boys), and two female parent chaperones (for the girls). Parent chaperones share two per room and will have a kitchenette for our breakfasts. The students will be 4 per room (there may be a group of 3) no kitchen but there is a small fridge for those students wishing to buy lunch food/snacks from the grocery store.
