Info for Students…
On Friday, September 29 wear your orange shirt to show that you believe EVERY CHILD MATTERS! On Orange Shirt Day we remember the 150 thousand children taken from their families and cultures and sent to residential schools for over 100 years of Canada's history. Four thousand children never came home having died at these schools from illness, abuse, and malnutrition. So on Friday Sep. 29th wear your orange shirt to show that you believe EVERY CHILD MATTERS!
