Info for Students…

  • YES-2-IT & Skills Canada – Field trip forms need to be signed and handed into the office by tomorrow at the latest, or you won't be able to come.

  • Pizza Lunch is tomorrow. Pepperoni, Cheese, Hawaiian and Gluten-free available. $3 per slice or 2 for $5. Don't miss out!

  • Yearbooks – Reminder to order your yearbook before Spring Break as the price goes up from $35 to $40 after that. Be sure to check in the office window to see if you have ordered yet.

  • Sailing Club – Spring School Sailing will be starting April 8th and goes to June 10th. There will be 2 practices per week, one after school and one Saturday (morning or afternoon) plus 2 regattas. Beginner sailors and experienced sailors welcome. Cost is $250.00 and registration forms can be found on the Parkland School website at parkland.sd63.bc.ca. If you have any questions, please contact Christine at cbennett@sd63.bc.ca.

  • Extreme Team – Brief meeting during block 3 TODAY in S115.

  • Youth in Action – Team meeting TODAY at 12:20 in W108. Bring your lunch.

  • Gr. 6/7 Boys VolleyballRec Team: There will be no practice Friday morning. Remember your game Thursday at lunch in the main gym against the Gr. 8's.

  • Gr. 6/7 Girls VolleyballRec Team: Congratulations to the team who travelled up the highway to North Saanich Middle School and showed excellent skills during the close games!

  • Charleston” - Practice TODAY at USSR for all those with speaking parts in scene 11.

  • From the Learning Commons – Are you working on a history fair project? Ms. Lindsay has display boards for you; you just need to fill out a short information form, to get one. Please see her at lunch time today or Thursday.

  • Lunch Clubs – Creativity Club in W116.

  • Band Announcements – Instrumental masterclass sectionals during Reading Block TODAY are for the Combined Gr. 8 Band (all Gr. 8 band students). Students need to bring their instrument, band book/music and a pencil.
