Info
for Students…
Did you know that there are about 1500 people in Victoria who are homeless? That's almost 3 times the student population of Bayside!
The Youth in Action Team is starting a campaign to help local people who are homeless. This campaign is called Bayside Cares and you will see a display about it in the Gallery.
We want to show our community how much we care for the homeless by making special care packages to give to Anawim House. One of our parents has already knitted over 20 toques!
Please consider helping us! You can make donations of small items or cash to help create these care packages. Donations will be accepted until December 9th. Items needed are listed on posters throughout the school. Look for the words, “Bayside Cares!”
Pizza Lunch is TODAY at lunch in the MPR. Pepperoni, Cheese, Hawaiian and Gluten-free available. $3 per slice or 2 for $5. Don't miss out!
