Re: Bayside Band Grade 8 Whistler Trip 2014 Bottle Drive
Dear Grade 8 Bayside Band Students and Families,
Please save all those bottles from families, friends and neighbours over the Holidays!!
We are planning to have a bottle drive in the New Year, on Saturday, January 18th, 2014 to help raise funds for the Whistler Trip.
We will send email updates soon confirming the exact time and location of the bottle drop off and sorting area. Also, we will be sending out flyers for posting or distributing door to door in the week before the drive for those students who would like to canvass their neighbourhoods and collect bottles the morning of the bottle drive for drop off at the sorting location.
Students and parents wanting to help out can contact us. We will need help to advertise and save bottles but also lots of help for collecting bottles (thank you parent drivers) and sorting of bottles on the morning and early afternoon of January 18th.
